  • Dr. Derek Rodeback

    DO

Derek Rodeback completed his undergraduate degree at the University of Utah, earning a bachelors degree in Public Health. He continued his education at West Virginia School of Osteopathic Medicine where he earned accolades including being invited into the Honor Society Sigma Sigma Phi, graduating in the top 10% in his class. Residency was finished in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation at Loma Linda University in Southern California. While in residency, Dr. Rodeback was able to learn more about bio-mechanics and mechanisms of injury, how the body truly can heal itself if provided with what it needed to do so. To him, the standard treatments available did not seem to provide good relief for muscle, joint, nerve and general body pain. Physical therapy, steroid injections, nerve blocks and even manual medicine OMT were mostly temporary pain relief or unable to resolve the issues in many cases. Feeling like the standard medical treatments for muscle and joint problems were inadequate, Dr. Rodeback focused his efforts on learning and researching Regenerative medicine. He began attending conferences for regenerative medicine which was not taught in the residency program. Bringing what he learned in regenerative medicine back to his Loma Linda program, Dr. Rodeback was asked to help teach regenerative medicine to his peers in the program. Once graduated Dr. Rodeback continued his learning and practice in regenerative medicine, working with some of the best regenerative specialists in the nation and is now bringing this cutting edge expertise to Southern Utah where he and his family now reside. "After years of treating patients with Regenerative Medical treatments, I can confidently say there is no better method to help those who suffer from pain."
