Matthew McIff, MD, is a family physician practicing at Intermountain Health's Washington Fields Clinic. He supports patients in Washington City, St. George, Hurricane, and other surrounding cities, providing general pediatric and adult preventative care, general medicine and chronic disease management, general dermatology, and cancer screenings, cannabis therapy, hormone therapy, and more. Dr. McIff is passionate about primary care and proactive care. After residency, he spent a year doing rural emergency medicine in Indiana. Then, upon relocating to St. George, he spent four years in Urgent Care before going back to Family Medicine primary care at the Sunset Clinic. He is a graduate of the University of Utah School of Medicine and serves as an adjunct professor of family medicine clerkships. Dr. McIff is originally from Richfield, Utah, and did his family medicine residency in Indiana. He and his wife returned to Utah to St George in 2011. Now, with four children, their family enjoys the outdoors and all that Southern Utah has to offer.
